 We always try to provide a very easy-going and understandable design process for all our clients. Before we begin, we try to explain to the client what we will be doing and how we will be doing it in plain words. We understand that not all of our clients are technical enough to understand everything that is included in a graphic design or a web development project. Here is a short summary of the design process that we follow for all the projects that we we do. The Design Process 1. Getting to Know Each Other At the first phase of the design process, we try to get to know our clients and let them know us. Since the client and his/her satisfaction is our primary focus, we try to determine our clients' likes or dislikes. 2. Determining Our Client's Needs The next phase is to determine the specific needs of the client in terms of what he/she wants done, for what purpose, the turnaround time needed, any restrictions, etc. This step is needed for us to get a clear image of what we are supposed to do. 3. Sending Out a Price Quote Since in the previous two phases we have determined what the client needs, we now provide the client with a price quote for the work needed. We don't start any work until the client has agreed to the price quote for the project. 4. Design/Development This phase is the actual design or development of the project details and it comes after our price quote has been accepted by the client. During this phase, we try to deliver the design to be as close as it was agreed with our client and we try to capture the essence of what our client had in mind. 5. The Revisions Phase This revisions phase comes right after the design/development phase. We provide unlimited revisions to our work (within reasonable limits) to all of the work that we do. All the clients' comments will be taken into account and any revisions that will be needed will be done in the shortest period of time. 6. Testing In case of website development, we test the website for any bugs in the code. We try to provide you with a clean code that is error free. This phase is omitted in the case of graphic designs. 7. Delivery This is the final phase of our design/development process. It is the phase when we deliver what we've designed/developed in the format agreed. Usually, the whole design process takes around one week to complete in the case of graphic designs, but of course, it all depends on the amount of work needed and on the speed of the communication with the client. Is That All? NO, of course not! When all the design/development phases have been finished, the design is delivered and paid for, we still work for you. We will monitor the implementation of your project. If we spot any errors, we will correct them immediately. If we think that something should be changed, we will first try to explain to the client why we want to change a certain element, and if our client agrees, we will do the changes. Finally, if the client wants any minor changes to the final product that take a minor amount of time to do, we will do them. Remember, our goal is to have happy and satisfied clients.
